About

For the past 18 years I have worked with various in-house communications and marketing teams for local government, higher education, and community organizations. I’ve also helped local businesses build their brand and connect with their audiences.

To connect with local creatives in the Inland Empire, I co-founded The Orange Space, a community-driven coworking space for entrepreneurs and creative professionals. I recently co-founded General Plan Co., a branding and digital marketing firm that helps cities, development agencies, and civic organizations build better-connected communities.

I’m a slow reader, but when I do finally finish a book I can’t wait to share what I’ve learned.

I love to travel and document by taking tons of photos, but I never do anything with the photos I take...until now.

Design Philosophy: Design for Good

Design for Good is the belief that design should actively make the world better. It recognizes that creators have a responsibility not just to build what’s possible, but what’s right.

At its core, Design for Good centers human values: privacy, transparency, equity, and sustainability, and asks designers to anticipate harm before it happens. It means putting people before profit, building for inclusion, and protecting trust through accessibility, security, and respect.

When ethics are embedded into the design process, technology becomes a force for opportunity: reducing bias, empowering communities, and creating tools that truly improve lives.
